The Asset Management Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke regrets to inform the community that the bathroom building at Matty’s Park has been vandalized.
The incident occurred on the evening of Wednesday, April 23rd. Asset Management maintenance staff promptly responded to clean and repair the facility on Thursday, April 24th.
To prevent such incidents from happening again, the community is urged to emphasize the importance of respect and care to those who use community facilities. If anyone has information regarding this incident, please report it to the Kahnawà:ke Peacekeepers at 450-632-6505.
