About the FAO

The FAO Committee oversees and governs the administrative, operational, and financial affairs on behalf of the MCK. Among its many responsibilities, the Committee receives and approves donation requests, making decisions based on consultation and collaboration with proponents while respecting financial limitations. Donation approvals are based on the MCK Donation Policy and Procedures.

The FAO Committee is made up of three Ratitsénhaienhs and one MCK staff representative (currently vacant). The existing Committee is comprised of Ratitsénhaienhs Lindsay LeBorgne, Arnold Boyer, and Tonya Perron. FAO meetings are attended by the Executive Director, Executive Financial Officer, Employee Representative, and a Public Relations designate who participate in discussions but have no vote. The FAO Committee is accountable directly to the Council of Chiefs.
