MCK Main Entrance temporarily unavailable beginning August 31

MCK

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to advise the community that the MCK main building entrance will be temporarily unavailable beginning Monday, August 31, 2026, due to renovations to the reception area. The project is expected to continue through late September (approximately 4–6 weeks).

During this time, the entrance on the north wing will serve as the main entrance to the building. Please note that elevator access will not be available while construction is underway.

Reception services will be temporarily relocated down the stairs in the north wing of the building.

Visitors with impaired mobility are encouraged to contact Melody Horn, Receptionist, at 450-632-7500 or MCK.Reception@mck.ca before their visit so arrangements can be made.

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates the community’s patience and understanding as improvements are made to the facilities. Please stay tuned for updates on these improvements.
