MCK Offices closed early for Halloween

Public Service Announcement

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) would like to inform the community that all its administrative offices will close at 3pm today, Thursday, October 31st for Halloween.

Regular household recycling and compost pickup will occur as usual, and the Transfer Depot will remain open.

All essential services will remain in operation.

Regular office business hours will resume tomorrow, Friday, November 1st, at 8:30am.

  • No Cardboard drop-offs
  • Transfer Depot will be closed
  • Recycling, compost, and cardboard pickup service will continue as usual

Labor Day office closure

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke wishes to inform the community that all its administrative offices will be closed for Rotiio’ténion Raonenhnísera, Labor Day on Monday, September 7th.

Service Schedule for Labor Day:

  • Recycling & Compost Collection: Will continue as usual – Please place bins curbside by 7am
  • Transfer Depot: CLOSED for the day
  • Town Garage: CLOSED – All cardboard drop-offs postponed to Tuesday, September 8th

 

All essential services will remain in operation. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 8th, at 8:30am.
