This letter authorizes the Ministère des Transports du Québec and its contractor, IGF Axiom to conduct inspections of the overhead lighting system on R-132 east, between the traffic lights at the Old Malone Highway intersection and Clay Mountains. Inspections will require temporary and partial lane right lane closures.
