Sections 3.11, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15, 3.16, 3.17, 3.18, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 4.5 of the Internal Complaints Process for the Council of Chiefs have been suspended. The process will undergo a comprehensive review by the Governance Portfolio Team and a new complaint process will be developed to replace the current process — Deferred and pending further discussion
