The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to advise Kahnawa’kehró:non that Mohawk Trail Road, between Route 132 and Tyler Glasgow Memorial Park, will be closed on Thursday, July 23, from 7am to approximately 3:30pm, weather permitting.
Capital Construction crews will be connecting water and sewer services for a residential building in the area. As the work requires connections to the main water and sewer lines, a full road closure is necessary. The roadway will reopen once the work is completed.
Clearly marked detours will be in place. Residents of Lot 106 are asked to use alternate routes to access the area during the closure.
