The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Jacques Cartier & Champlain Bridges, Inc. that maintenance and inspection work will require the overnight closure of the R-132 access ramps on the Kahnawà:ke side of the Mercier bridge.
- R-132 West up ramp (from La Prairie/A-30 towards Montreal) closed – Saturday 10pm until Sunday 5am
- R-132 East down ramp (from Montreal towards La Prairie/A-30) closed – Saturday 10pm until Sunday 5am
A detour via R-138 will be in place. (see map below).
Please drive with caution, slow down when entering construction zones, and respect the Move-Over Law when emergency lights are flashing.
The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression.
