Ratsénhaienhs Iohahí:io Delisle medical leave extended

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that Ratsénhaienhs Iohahí:io Delisle’s medical leave, effective Wednesday, April 30, 2025, has been extended.

The temporary reallocation of Ratsénhaienhs Delisle′s portfolios will continue as previously announced.

  • Social Supports & Development (Lead): Ratsénhaienhs Jeremiah Johnson
  • External Government Relations: Ratsénhaienhs Arnold Boyer

An update on Delisle’s leave is expected around the end of the month. The MCK continues to offer its well wishes to Ratsénhaienhs Delisle.

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) would like to inform the community that all its administrative offices will be closed for Tsi Na’teiontenonhwerá:tons Awenhnísera on Monday, October 12th.

The Waste Management Department will be closed for cardboard drop-offs. Regular household recycling, compost, and special collections pickup will occur as usual. The Transfer Depot will be closed for the holiday.

All essential services will remain in operation.

Regular office business hours will resume on Tuesday, October 13th, at 8:30am.
