REMINDER Call for Decision-makers on the Administrative Tribunal

The Justice Services Division of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to remind the community that they are inviting interested persons to submit applications for a Professional Services Agreement to serve as Decision-makers on the Administrative Tribunal. Deadline for submissions is 4pm on Friday, August 23, 2024. There are three (3) vacancies to fill.

Information on the terms of office, remuneration, and responsibilities of Decision-makers can be found in the Terms of Reference.   

Applications can be picked up and dropped off at the Court of Kahnawà:ke during regular business hours. Submissions must be accompanied by a letter of intent, a resume, the names and contact information of two (2) professional references, and proof of educational requirements.

For further information or to obtain a copy of the Terms of Reference, Application Form, and Privacy Waiver (with a copy of photo I.D., driver’s license preferable), please contact Kevin Fleischer, Commissioner of Justice, at 450-638-5647, ext. 60269 during regular business hours at the Court of Kahnawà:ke.

Application packages can be sent to interested persons by email and, once completed, can be submitted by email to evaluation.committee@mck.ca. If applicants do not have access to a computer, they can make arrangements to pick up and submit application packages.

  • Transfer Depot will be closed
  • No cardboard drop-offs
  • All essential services remain in operation

Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 20th, at 8:30am.
