MCK

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to inform local contractors that a Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued for Construction Management services related to the construction of the new Kahnawà:ke Blue Collar Park facility.

MCK has retained The CCS Group to manage the tendering process for the project. The selected Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities and coordinating the delivery of the new facility.

Local general contractors interested in submitting a proposal are invited to contact Josh Albert of The CCS Group at josh@theccsgroup.ca to obtain the complete RFP package and supporting documentation.

As part of the evaluation process, proponents will be asked to provide a proposed project schedule based on their availability to commence work.

Deadline for submissions is Friday, September 11, 2026, at 3pm. Information regarding a site visit and any additional project documentation will be provided through the RFP package.

Trades and subtrades interested in providing equipment, labor, materials, or other support services for the project will have an opportunity to participate once a Construction Manager has been selected.
