REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

TENDERS ARE PRESENTLY BEING CALLED FOR BY, THE MOHAWK COUNCIL OF KAHNAWAKE

Tender Documents may be obtained at the Technical Services Office (in front of Kateri School) between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. 

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted.  Bids not in accordance with the “Request for Quotation” will not be considered.  All bids must be made on the Bid Form.  Any bids not completed on the Bid Form will be disqualified.  Any incomplete or partially completed bid forms will also be disqualified.

Contractors willing to utilize as much local content to perform the work and be paid by the successful contractor will be considered favorably during the evaluation of the tender.  Joint ventures between Mohawk of Kahnawake Contractors and non-Kahnawake Contractors are acceptable on this project. The sealed tender shall be submitted not later than 12:00 noon, local time on Friday May 3, 2024, to the receptionist of the Technical Services Office.  Tenders received after this time will not be considered.  A receipt will be issued showing the date and time of submission.  The tender shall be clearly marked:
