This letter authorizes the St Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation, Groupe ABS Inc. & Forage PB to be on the Territory on Monday, July 14 to Friday, July 18, 2025, from 7am to 5pm*. The company Forage PB will be conducting bore hole sampling in the area around the lift bridge.
Crews will be drilling sample bore holes in several locations on the road/lane between the Eastern side of the tunnel and the Services Complex as well as the area under the train bridge on the North Wall. Temporary road closures may be
required, and flagmen will be in place for safety.
*In case of poor weather or operational constraints, this work may be postponed and/or rescheduled.
