St Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation (July 20 – October 31, 2026)

This letter authorizes The St Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation and its subcontractors, X Arpentage (Surveyor) and Jean-Pierre Beauchamp (9362-8428 Quebec Inc.) to be on the Territory for the installation of the pedestrian bridge to Tekakwitha Isand, from Monday, July 20 to Saturday, October 31, 2026.

Additionally, two local contractors will be working on this project, Rice Mohawk Steel and Dymo Construction during the timeframe mentioned above.

  • No Cardboard drop-offs
  • Transfer Depot will be closed
  • Recycling, compost, and cardboard pickup service will continue as usual

Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, June 23rd, at 8:30am.

Waste Management services are as follows:

  • There will be NO Recycling and Compost collection
  • No cardboard drop offs
  • The Transfer Depot will be closed – regular Transfer Depot hours resume on Saturday, July 4th
  • Household Garbage collection will continue as usual

 

All essential services will remain in operation.

Regular business hours will resume at 8:30am on Monday, July 6th.
