Presence of: Chris Bush (Kahnawà:ke Legislative Services), Trisha Delormier (Kahnawà:ke Legislative Services), and Jeff Morris (Director of Kahnawà:ke Labor Office), Portfolio Lead: Ratsénhaienhs David Diabo. Request for confirmation of the categorization, purpose, and scope of the proposed Kahnawà:ke Occupational Safety and Health Law, and give the mandate to move the Law through the Community Decision Making Review Process as a Type II Law. Amendment to Staff Appointments for the Sanitary Conditions Law Permitting Body – Mohawk Council Executive Directive
