This letter authorizes the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and Faucon Environment to conduct its annual inventory and survey of cliff swallows and peregrine falcons in the area of the Mercier Bridge from Tuesday, March 10 to Thursday, July 30, 2026.
Environmental technicians will be in the areas under the Mercier Bridge, both on land on the North Wall and on the water, as well as the approaches on R-138 & R-132.
