The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke, Grand Chief Cody Diabo and Mr. Dean Montour wish to announce that they have reached a settlement resolving all matters between them. The terms of the settlement are confidential. This will be the only public statement made by the parties regarding this matter.
