The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to inform the community of the upcoming sanitary sewer flow study beginning Monday, April 14, 2025. SIMO Management Inc. (Helios Group) will be present in the Territory to install and monitor the flow equipment that measures how wastewater flows through our sewer system. This equipment will be placed in select manholes across the community.
Residents can expect to see the company’s marked vehicles a few times a week between April 14th and June 30th, weather permitting. During this period, some roads may be closed for short durations to facilitate the project. Proper road signalization will be in place to manage traffic effectively.
